FASIH EXHIBITION

The exhibition Industrial Heritage through Art&Science Lenses presents the results of two years of work on the FASIH – Future Art and Science Industrial Heritage project.

FASIH connects contemporary models of industrial heritage revaluation using digital technologies and provides new approaches to promoting the value of cultural, scientific and industrial heritage attractive to new generations. The project focuses on interdisciplinary artistic and scientific research of industrial and cultural heritage and the discovery, research and evaluation of those architectural achievements and intangible processes that have marked the modern history of Belgrade, Rijeka and Trbovlje.

Artists from Serbia, Croatia and Slovenia have created works that, through digital interpretations, sound installations, 3D mapping and interactive projections, offer new ways of viewing and understanding industrial objects. The works are not only artistic expression, but also reflection on the history, identity and future of these areas through a unique synthesis of science, art and technology.

This exhibition brings the history and different visions of the industrial heritage of Belgrade, Rijeka and Trbovlje through a scientific and artistic kaleidoscope.

The exhibition was prepared and organized by Bojan Crnković and Vedrana Mikulić Crnković (Science Outreach Centre).

Preparations for poster print can be found here.
